We specialise in contacting blood relative beneficiaries who could be entitled to make a claim on an intestate estate. An 'intestate estate' means that an individual has died having no known descendants and without leaving a will. The estate cannot be distributed by the Administrating Solicitor unless we find unknown beneficiaries who are blood relatives to the deceased.
We believe you are one of those people.
--------------------
Once our Letter of Instruction and Authority has been signed and returned to us, TracingDirect Ltd will complete our research and will obtain all necessary certificates, along with other documentary evidence to confirm your bloodline status as an entitled missing beneficiary.
When all our research is completed, we will then submit our report to prove your legal entitlement. Once the claim is accepted, you will be contacted by the Administrating Solicitor and in due course will receive additional information about the deceased and details on the value of the estate. The Administration takes on average 12 months depending on the complexity of the estate, though this often take longer. The solicitor’s costs will be met out of the estate. No beneficiary is liable to pay these costs directly.
When you receive payment, we receive our fee, which comes from the estate and not you personally. We will not present any other charges or costs at a later stage for any other work. There are no costs to you at any time, and we will never ask you to pay anything from your own finances. This ensures that the beneficiary's involvement is risk free, and protects the Beneficiary from unexpected expenditure.
We would caution you to be wary of companies offering to work for an 'hourly rate'. If you have no idea how long the work may take, you are signing an open-ended agreement which may see you pay more than you receive, as some cases can take months to conclude.
We never ask beneficiaries to sign an hourly agreement, as we think people would prefer a risk-free arrangement with clearly defined cost boundaries. If it transpired at a later date that the estate's value is below any current debts and costs outstanding to an administrator of the estate, there would still be no cost to you. If you receive nothing, we receive nothing.
